朝鲜族和汉族男性γ-谷氨酰转肽酶水平与高血压及其亚型检出率的相关关系 被引量:2

Correlation between gamma glutamyltransferase and hypertension and its subtype relevance ratio in men of Korean-Chinese and Han nationality

摘要 [目的]探讨延边农村地区朝鲜族和汉族男性居民γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)水平与高血压及其亚型检出率的相关关系.[方法]对延边农村地区30~70岁常住男性居民进行血压测量及血清GGT检测.[结果]除各GGT组单纯收缩期高血压检出率间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,高血压、单纯舒张期高血压及收缩期高血压合并舒张期高血压检出率均随着GGT水平的升高呈增高趋势(P<0.000).GGT平均水平(朝鲜族:F=14.757,P<0.000;汉族:F=16.664,P<0.000)及其异常者检出率(朝鲜族:χ2=13.745,P<0.000;汉族:χ2=16.550,P<0.000)均随血压水平的升高呈显著增高趋势.[结论]延边农村地区男性成人GGT水平与血压水平存在剂量-反应关系. OBJECTIVE To study the relationship between gamma glutamyltransferase(GGT) and hypertension and its subtype relevance ratio in men of Korean-Chinese and Han nationality of Yanbian rural areas.METHODS The blood pressure and serum GGT were measured in subjects aged 30-70 years.RESULTS Except there was no statistically significant difference between relevance ratio of ISH and GGT in each group(P0.05),the relevance ratio of hypertension,IDH and SDH was progressively higher with increase of GGT in men of Korean-Chinese and Han nationality(P0.000).The average level of GGT(Korean-Chinese:F=14.757,P0.000;Han nationality:F=16.664,P0.000) and relevance ratio of GGT disorder(Korean-Chinese: χ2=13.745,P0.000;Han nationality: χ2=16.550,P0.000) were progressively higher with the increase of blood pressure in men of Korean-Chinese and Han nationality(P0.000).CONCLUSION Correlation between GGT and hypertension is dose-response relationships.
