摘要
通过增加量表问卷形成科技型小微企业贷款客户经理工作绩效的量表,并运用探索性因素分析的方法实施问卷调查,对刘洛和陈树文构建的微小企业贷款客户经理工作绩效结构模型进行再次检验,实证研究得出的研究结果仍然是五维度工作绩效结构模型;研究同时表明:随着国内、外经济金融形势的变化,科技型小微企业贷款客户经理工作绩效的量表需要进行完善、发展。
By increasing the use of scale questionnaire, micro & small enterprises lending manager's performance scale of the science and technology has been formed. Beyond that, with the implerfientation of the questionnaire sur- vey by the exploratory factor analysis method,Luo Liu and Shuwen Chen's micro & small business loans manager' s job performance structure model has been tested again, the results of empirical studies turns to be five dimensions work performance structure model; The study also shows that with the changing of domestic and foreign economic and financial environment, micro &small enterprises lending manager's performance scale of the science and tech- nology needs further improvement and development.
