摘要
金字塔型块预测编码结合了小波变换和分形编码的思路 ,用于图象编码可取得较好的效果。编码实验表明 ,这种算性能优于 JPEG和分形 Quadtree编码算法。针对该算法编码时间长的缺点 ,提出了邻域搜索法 ,使编码时间明显缩短。
Combined with wavelet transforming and the clue of fractal coding and proved by experiments, we understand that Predictive Pyramid Coding can obtain better performance than JPEG and fractal quad tree method. The encoding time is greatly shortened by neighboring region search algorithm against the disadvantage of long time wasting in encoding of the conventional algorithm.
