摘要
苯丙烯酸类化合物的苯环上m位羟基取代后的化合物有耐缺氧活性。p及m位同时有羟基取代后无活性。其他有耐缺氧活性的化合物为:苯环上有一个甲氧基取代或在侧链的α位上有芳香环取代的化合物。
Compounds derived from phenyl acrylic acid possess anti-anoxia activity if a hydroxyl group is selectively located at m-position of the phenyl ring. However, no anti-anoxia effect will be observed if another hydroxyl group is attached to p-position. Other compounds are active with the following substituents: a methoxyl group on the phenyl ring or an aromatic ring attached to the α-position of the side chain.
