基于块的混合编码是H 2 6 1、H 2 6 3/H 2 6 3+、JPEG、MPEG的基本编码方案。然而 ,在高压缩比的条件下会产生明显的方块效应。对H 2 6 3+的去方块效应滤波器选项进行了讨论和模拟。结果表明 ,该选项对低码率视频通信的解码图像质量有明显的改善。

Block based hybrid coding is the primary coding scheme for H.261,H.263/H.263+,JPEG and MPEG.However,It leads to noticeable block effect under high compression ratio.The H.263+ option of deblocking effect filter is discussed and simulated in this paper.The results show that this option brings substantial improvement on the decoded image quality at low bit rate video communication.
