Study on the Nickle base Alloy Coatings Remelted in Furnace

摘要 研究了炉内重熔加热温度、加热时间对镍基自熔合金粉末涂层组织形貌的影响, 测定并分析了基材至涂层的成分分布曲线、显微硬度曲线、熔合区成分等。研究结果表明, Ni25 熔点在1 300℃以上,Ni60 熔点在1 050℃左右,炉内重熔的涂层-基材熔合区较宽; The paper studied the influence of heating temperature and time on the structure and morphology of the self fusion nickle base alloy coatings melted in furnace;measured and analysed the curves of composition distribution and micro hardness from base metal to coating,and curve of the composition of diffusion region.The results showed that the melting point of Ni25 is above 1 300℃ and of Ni60 is about 1 050℃.The thickness of diffusion region between the coating and base metal,which is obtained by melting in the furnace,is larger than those obtained by flame fusion and induction fusion.The melting time has not obvious effect on micro hardness of coatings.
