河北省南和县低碳县城建设构想

Conception of Constructing a Low-carbon County of Nanhe in Hebei Province

在我国,低碳城市理念主要应用于大中城市,而占绝大多数的县级城市低碳建设研究仍处于空白,低碳县城的建设对我国的低碳城市发展意义重大。以河北省南和县为例进行实证分析,探讨了南和县县城的高碳排放量与低碳吸收量的现状及其形成的原因。对南和县低碳县城的构建进行了深入的构想,以期为全国其他低碳县城的建设提供借鉴。

In China, the concept of low-carbon cities is mainly applied in those large and medium-sized cities, however, thee low-carbon construction hasnt been practiced in most of county-level cities, the construction of low-carbon counties is of great significance to the development of China low-carbon cities. With a case study of Nanhe County in Hebei Province, the present situation and formation of high carbon emissions but low carbon absorption in Nanhe County were discussed, and the construction of a low-carbon county of Nanhe was analyzed in depth, so as to provide references for the construction of low-carbon counties in other areas.
