摘要
[目的]找出生物质成型燃料在NH3/He吸收式制冷系统中应用的影响因素。[方法]基于NH3/He吸收式制冷系统,分别对分段式燃烧技术的半气化炉和吸收式制冷系统进行热力分析。[结果]半气化炉真正地实现了生物质的清洁、高效燃烧,降低了煤等化石燃料的燃烧对环境带来的污染;吸收式制冷系统所需热源的加热功率不能过大,可以利用生物质能等低品位能源作为热源,为生物质能的利用开辟了一条新的途径。[结论]该研究实现了生物质能在制冷系统中的利用。
[ Objective I The study aimed to discuss the factors influencing the application of shaping biomass energy in the NHJHo absorption refrigeration system. [ Method] In the NH3/He absorption refrigeration system, the thermodynamic analysis of semi-gasification furnace based on sectional combustion technology and absorption refrigeration system was performed. [ Result] Biomass could burn cleanly and efficiently in the semi-gasification furnace, which can reduce the environmental pollution caused by the combustion of coal and other fossil fuels. The thermal power of the furnace for the absorption refrigeration system could not be too high, so biomass energy and other low-grade energies can be used as heat sources, which opens up a new way for the utilization of biomass energy. [ Conclusion] Biomass energy was applied in the absorption refrigeration system successfully.
