普洱茶加工装备现代化的发展现状及开发对策研究

Study on Current Development and Development Strategy of the Modernization of Pu-erh Tea Processing Equipment

根据云南普洱茶产业的实际情况,分析了茶叶加工机械化、自动化、清洁化、连续化、标准化加工技术以及工艺和装备现代化的研究现状,认为技术开发是提高普洱茶加工现代化技术水平行之有效的途径。以普洱茶现代化加工装备的应用为视角,对普洱茶加工新设备的研发、普洱茶加工新工艺的开发以及普洱茶清洁化生产车间技术的研究,以及采用PLC、电子计算机等相关现代技术在普洱茶产业中的综合应用等方面存在的问题和发展策略进行了探索。

According to the actual situation of Yunnan pu-erh tea industry, the mechanization, automation, cleanliness, continuity and stand- ardization of tea processing technology, and the modernization of techniques and equipment were analyzed. The technical development is an effective way to improve the pu-erh tea modern processing technology level. From the application of modern pu-erh tea processing equipment, some explorations were conducted on the problems and development countermeasures of the development of new processing equipment, new processing technology, the research of Pu-erh tea clean production workshop technology, the comprehensive application of contacting PLC, computer and the related modern technology in pu-erh tea industry.
