Determination of Gibberellin by Fluorospectrophotometry

摘要 赤霉素(又名920,gibberellic acid)是真菌恶菌病菌Fungus gibberelia fuijikuroi所产生的刺激植物生长的抗生素。赤霉素学名为2,4α。 A fluorospectrophotometric method was presented for the rapid determination of gibberellin. After choosing of wave length, peaks were detected with a fluorospectrophotometer by scanning at excitation and emission wave lengths of 360 nm and 457 nm, respectively. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 20~164 μg/ml (r = 0.9999), the average recovery was found to be 100.8%, and their coefficients of variation were below 1.2%. A simple, easy, rapid and accurate method was provided for quality control of gibbercllin. The results were comparatively satisfactory.
