浅谈沥青路面施工技术控制措施

On the Control Measures of Asphalt Pavement Construction

随着我们道路建设的高速发展,道路交工后才运行几年就出现了大量的病害,使用性能也大大降低,达不到设计要求,因此,加强沥青路面施工过程工艺质量控制尤为重要。结合工作实践经验针对我国公路沥青路面施工,从沥青路面的原材料选用、沥青混合料的拌合运输、沥青混合料的摊铺及碾压几个方面,提出沥青路面施工过程中各工艺流程的质量控制要点。

With the rapid development of China＇s road construction,there have been a large number of diseases in the road after when running a few years,and the using performance is also greatly reduced.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the quality control of asphalt pavement construction process.Combining with practical work experience,this paper pointed out the quality control points in asphalt pavement construction process from several aspects,including,raw materials selection,the mixing transport of asphalt mixture,asphalt mixture paving and rolling.
