薄层光密度法测定栀子金花丸中栀子甙的含量 被引量:11

摘要 栀子金花丸是由栀子、黄连、黄芩、金银花等八味中药制成的水丸,用作清热降火,便秘等症。栀子甙是栀子中的有效成分,有致泻等作用。中国药典未载其有效成分的含量测定方法。此法未见报道。 Jasminodin in Zhizi Jinhua Pills was determined by thin layer densitometry. The sample was extracted with methanol. The extract was chromatographed on silica gel GF_(254) plate with chloroform-methanol-water (10: 3:1) as mobile phase and with two direction, and the chromatograms were scanned by using shimadzu CS-930 dual wavelength TLCS in zegzag scanning mode at λ, 370 nm, λ_R 250 nm. Calibration graph was rectilinear for the jasminodin between 2~18 μg per spot. Satisfactory results were obtained with the average recovery of 100.5%, CV 1.6%.
