摘要
供电企业应深刻认识到民主管理建设对企业改革和发展的重要意义,笔者通过这篇文章指出了当前供电企业民主管理建设面临的具体问题,并提出了一些相应的对策和建议。
The power supply enterprise should profoundly realize the important significance of construction of democratic management on enterprises＇ reform and development.This paper points out the specific problems in current construction of democratic management of power supply enterprise,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
