The methord of phased implementation of an environmental management system maybe more efficient and has more, benefits to be gained for SMEs.This article outlined the model of phased implementation,the approach of implementation of initial environmental project, as well as the implementation of the supporting and optional elements to managing their envirnomental aspects aline with ISO14005.
