摘要
本文以心理学、行为科学等理论为依据,分析了激励措施的制定及应用等诸多具体问题,总结了企业经营中常用的激励方法以及效果,以期对企业的经营管理和企业效益的提高产生较好作用。
In this paper,many specific issues like the establishment and application of incentive measures were analyzed,taking psychology,behavioral science and other theories as the basis.Frequently-used incentive methods in business operation and the effects were summarized,hoping to play better role in the business management of enterprises and improvement of business efficiency.
