台州农产品出口应对技术性贸易壁垒研究

Research on Responding Technical Trade Barriers for Export of Taizhou Agricultural Products

从台州农产品出口现状入手,分析了技术性贸易壁垒对台州农产品出口的影响,并提出了六项对策:一是以贸易壁垒反求管理水平,实现农产品出口经营模式优化;二是健全农产品出口的质量追溯和保障体系,提高出口农产品认证水平;三是产业集聚助推技术创新,促进农工技贸协调发展;四是加强国外市场的开拓促销工作,树立农产品安全品牌形象;五是选择农产品区域细分市场,促进出口市场多元化;六是全方位多渠道收集壁垒信息,建立高效统一的快速反应机制。

Starting from the status quo of export of Taizhou agricultural products,impact of technical trade barriers on exports of agricultural products in Taizhou was analyzed,and six countermeasures were prposed：①Taking trade barriers to reversely pursue management level,so as to achieve optimization agricultural products＇ export business model;② Perfecting improve agricultural exports＇ the quality of traceability and security system,improving the level of certification of agricultural products＇ export;③ Industrial agglomeration boost technological innovation to promote coordinated development of agro-industrial technology and trade;④Strengthening the development and sales promotion of overseas market,building the brand image of safety of agricultural products;⑤Choosing agricultural products＇ regional market segments to promote the diversification of export markets;⑥Collecting barriers information comprehensively and the establishing unified and efficient rapid response mechanisms.
