本文从防汛物资管理出发,运用信息网络的手段对系统进行了研究性开发分析,建立了适合单位内部应用的标准化、网络化、科学化的防汛物资管理数据库。

From the management of flood control materials,this article conducted the analysis of research development using the means of information network,and constructed scientific database of management of flood control materials with standardization and networking which suit for the application of unit interior.
