Education must adapt to the social development.Higher education as the component of entire education system,should adapt to the political,economic,cultural and social development.Along with the development of the time and the economy,school-running system and model of higher education should be diverse.This article starts from the nature and law of education,analyzes the challenges that the higher education faces in the new situation and problems,and puts forward some preliminary solutions.
