Discussion and Practice on Surveying and Mapping File Classification Method under the New Situation

本文在分析新形势下测绘档案馆藏特点及现有测绘档案实体分类方法特点的基础上,提出了改进测绘档案分类法的可能途径和方法,并结合湖北省测绘成果档案馆在测绘档案管理工作中的实践情况,最后建议国家测绘档案管理部门尽快出台适应测绘档案事业发展需求的测绘档案分类方法和规范。

Based on analyzing the features of surveying and mapping files collection under the new situation and classification method of existing surveying and mapping file entity,the paper puts forward the feasible way and method to improve surveying and mapping file classification,combining with the practice of surveying and mapping file management,at last,suggests that the new surveying and mapping file classification and standard which is adaptive to the development of new surveying and mapping file management should be built as soon as possible.
