Urban Sanitary Sewage and Water Resource's Recycle

水质污染与水资源紧缺是当前社会经济发展中亟待解决的两大课题，也是可持续发展战略实施中面临的重大问题，把城市生活污水做为一种资源，变废为宝，既解决了江河湖泊水质污染问题，又缓解了水资源紧缺的矛盾，可以收到一途多用的良好效果。本文在分析了我国水资源和水质污染状况的基础上，提出了城市生活污水资源化治理的新思路，进行了有益的探索。

Water pollution and water deficiency are two serious problems urgent to be solved in the current and future development of China's economy. Changing urban sanitary sewage into a new resource and reutilizing it will contribute greatly to solving the above-mentioned problems. An analysis is made of the conditions of the water resource and its pollution in China and some suggestions are advanced as to how to recycle urban sanitary sewage.
