六味地黄煎剂及其主药对环磷酰胺引起染色体损伤的保护作用

Protection of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction and Its Major Component Drugs on the Chromosomal Damacge Induced by Cyclophosphamide

六味地黄煎剂(又称六味地黄汤)为常用补益剂,具扶正固本作用,文献报道能降低多种化学物质引起的实验肿瘤诱发率,临床上治疗消化道肿瘤的前期病变也取得较好疗效。

Effects of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction (LD) and its component drugs on the chromosomal damage with the method of the mouse bone-marrow micronucleus test were studied. Mice were ig LD 20g/kg, or the decoction of its component Radix Rehmanniae(RR) 6.4 g/kg, and the decoction of the mixture of Radix Rehmanniae, Fructus Corni, and Rhizoma Dioscoreae(RR+FC+RD) 12.8 g/kg (The three drugs are called three tonies in LD), no effect was found on rate of micronucleus of normal mouse bone-marrow polychromatic erythrocytes (PCE). But it was found that LD, RR and RR+FC+RD all reduced the frequency of micronucleus induced by cyclophosphamide. It was suggested that LD, RR and RR+FC+RD provided a significant protection against the chromosomal damage which was induced by cyclophosphamide.
