摘要
人参(Panax ginseng C. A. Mey)为珍贵中药材。由于其生长缓慢,价格昂贵,不易满足社会需要。为开辟人参生产新途径,文献报道了人参细胞的固体培养及液体培养方法,并作了培养物粗皂甙含量测定。
The pharmacological effects of aqueous extract from cell simple culture of Panax ginseng (CSG) were compared with those of aqueous extract from ginseng root (GR) in mice. Both the extracts iv at the dose of their 1/3 LD_(50) or ig 18g/kg, markedy potentiated the effect of sodium pentobarbital and prolonged the sleeping time induced by sodium thiopental. The two extracts also significantly prolonged the swimming time, decreased the oxygen consumption, and prolonged the survival time to anoxia. It is suggested that CSG is similar to GR in pharmacological activities.
