摘要
对电化学DNA生物传感器的基本原理、种类、在基因和药物分析中的应用作了详细的介绍 ,对近期有关这方面的文献加以分类和评述 。
In this paper, resent progress in electrochemical DNA biosensor is reviewed, including basic principle, classfication, application in analysis of gene and drug. Papers of resent years on the electrochemical DNA biosensor are summarized and commented. 13 references are cited.
