摘要
:采用气相色谱法在 5 %OV 7/ChromosorbW AWDMCS色谱柱上分离和测定 3 溴 4 羟基苯甲醛。该方法操作简便、快速、准确可靠。对同一试样的 5次平行独立测定的标准偏差为 1 .44 % ,变异系数为 1 .64 % ;标准加入法回收率达 98.48%～ 1 0 1 .8%
The separation and determination of 3\|bromo\|4\|hydroxybenzaldehyde were studied by gas chromatography on the 5% OV\|7/Chromosorb W\|AW DMCS chromatographic column. The method possessed simple, fast, accurate and precious. Five\|time analysis of a same sample gave a mean value of 87.39% with the method standard deviation 1.44%, and a coefficient of variation of 1.64%. The recovery of the method for 3\|bromo\|4\|hydroxybenzaldehyde was 98.48%～101.8%.
