Review and Consideration of University Ideological and Political Education Policy

已有研究围绕思想政治教育政策的内涵、变迁、内容、制定和执行等方面初步展开,取得了一些成就。但已有的成果政策研究意识不强,研究内容缺乏体系,研究方法缺乏专业的政策分析。实现思想政治教育政策创新,提高政策有效性和针对性,发挥政策解释力和约束力,需要增强政策研究动力,明确研究目标和对象,构建系统的研究体系,形成具有思想政治教育政策特点的研究方法,并从理论层面解决好思想政治教育政策科学发展问题。

At present, there are some accomplishments in the research of the content, change, content, establishment, implementation and other aspects of the ideological and political education policy. However, some of these accomplishments are weak in the policy research consciousness, lack of the content system, and the research methods is unprofessional in the policy analysis. Therefore, achieve the policy innovation of ideological and political education, improve the effectiveness and relevance of policy, exert the explanatory and binding of policy, we needs to strengthen the research power of policy research, clarify the research objectives and targets, build the systematic research system, format the research methods that has the characteristics of ideological political education, and solve the problem of the scientific development of the ideological and political education policy from the theoretical level.
