西部高校跨越式发展的SWOT分析与发展战略

立足地方、面向地方、服务地方的传统办学精神和现代理念,得天独厚的少数民族文化资源以及国家实施西部大开发战略、扶持西部高校创新发展等,为西部高校的跨越式发展提供了机遇,而西部社会经济发展的滞后、办学经费的短缺,尤其是高层次师资的匮乏等,也成为西部高校跨越式发展面临的劣势和威胁。借助SWOT分析法,客观审视和估量西部经济社会发展和高校自身发展所处的优劣条件,对西部高校的跨越式发展无疑具有重要的战略指导意义和实践应用价值。

There are some advantage （strength） and the possible existing opportunity for the great-leap-forward development of western university, such as the traditional spirit and the modern concepts, which was based on the local region, aimed at the local economy and social development, and service to local development, in addition, the unique ethnic culture resources and the policy of development campaign for the western regions, and support the colleges innovation development as well. At the same time, the development of the local college and university in Western China faced with some weakness and threaten, for instance, the lacking of economy, the shortage of funds, the lacking of high-level teachers and so on. By the SWOT Analysis Method, the article objectively surveyed and estimated the advantage weakness conditions of the economical social development and the colleges themselves development, it is of important strategic meaning and practical value for the great-leapforward development of western university.
