摘要
高校教师职业倦怠是由多方面因素所引起的。来自个体的因素主要有人格因素、自我效能感、归因方式等;来自环境的因素主要有教师职业的压力、角色冲突、缺失人文关怀、工作负担过重、人际关系不合谐等。预防和缓解教师职业倦怠的对策,一是在于实施科学管理,营造良好环境;二是要构建合理的教师评价体系;三是要提供进修机会,提高教师能力;四是要加强正面引导,提高教师自我心理调适能力。
Teacher burnout is caused by a variety of factors. The factors from the individual factors are the personality, the self-efficacy, the attribution style, etc; the factors from environment are the pressure of the teaching profession, role conflict, lack of humane care, work overload, interpersonal discord and so on. The prevention and mitigation measures of teacher burnout, the first one is to implement the scientific management, to create a good environment; the second is to build a reasonable system of teacher evaluation; the third is to provide learning opportunities to improve teacher capacity; the fourth is to strengthen the positive guidance, to improve teacher self-psychological adjustment.
