大学生自主发展意识与能力的状况,在很大程度上关系到大学生的成长与成才进程。在系统地分析大学生自主发展提出的背景、研究状况及其内涵的基础上,从影响大学生自主发展的众多因素中选取担任教书育人重任的教师进行研究,分析教师在大学生自主发展中"应然"的角色与"实然"的越位与缺位,探讨促进大学生自主发展的策略。教师可以通过创新教育理念、拓展教育内容和注重教育教学方法改革等方面,促进大学生的自主发展。

University students＇ self development state of the consciousness and capacity, largely related to the process of growth and success. On the systematic analysis of university students＇ self development, we master its background, research status and connotation, from the impact in university students＇ self development of many factors, we select the teacher to study, who carry out the task of teaching and teacher research, analysed the offside and the absence of ＂ought＂ role and ＂real natural＂ of teacher in college students self-development, and discuss the strategy of promoting university students＇ self development. Teacher could innovate the concept of education.expand educational content and pay attention to the education and teaching method reform ,in order to enhance the university students＇ self development.
