从高校运动队管理工作的视角出发 ,对教练员、运动员以及训练过程的管理进行了探讨 。
From the visual angle of the regulation towards the sports teams from institutions,this paper probes into the regulation towards coachers and athletes during the training course and presents relative reformatory thoughts and methods only as a reference.
