摘要
本文阐述了我国工程硕士培养现状,应用SW OT分析方法,探讨了企业所属院校培养工程硕士的态势与竞争力,提出了企业所属院校在培养工程硕士过程中应细分市场及目标顾客群,找准自身定位;打好品牌、扩大影响并发展规模;依托共建企业,建立专兼职工程实践教师队伍等发展策略与思路。
Newly-established universities are the new force for Engineering Master's development in our country. As a university that subordinate to the corporate, the actual strength of Shanghai Dianji University is weak and inferior in competition of the education of engineering master, but also the university has its features. The university should consider the situation, play its advantage, different development, and optimize training process, so as to make a difference.
