试论地方高校高级实用型人才培养体系的建立——以华南师范大学增城学院为例

On Constructing Senior Practical Talent Training System in Local College and University——Taking Zengcheng college of South China Normal University as an Example

根据经济建设和社会发展对实用型高技能人才的迫切需要,结合华南师范大学增城学院高级实用型人才培养模式的实践,通过分析高级实用型人才的能力培养目标,提出了构建以能力培养为中心的人才培养方案、围绕能力培养中心深化教学改革、构建以能力培养为中心的实践教学体系等具体措施,形成以能力培养为中心的高级实用性人才的培养体系。

According to the economic and social development demand for senior practical talents, combining tne senior practical talent training pattern practice of Zengcheng college of South China Normal University, the article has analyzed the senior practical talent ability training aims, proposed to construct the personnel training plan focusing on ability training, deepened teaching reform, constructed the practice teaching system focusing on ability training and so on, to construct senior practical talent training system focusing on ability training.
