培养实用型人才为目标的本科教学改革思路——以“环境工程”专业为例

针对"环境工程"专业本科教学存在的课程设置、实验与实践教学和考核制度等主要问题,逐一提出了改革思路,并得出以下结论:对于课程设置,应适当削减政治和英语的课时比重,灵活政治课程的考试形式,并使英语课程与学位获取、就业等彻底脱钩。实践教学应与科研相结合,使本科生参与其中,并做到与用人单位相结合。注重学生的能力和综合素质的考核,作到全面发展。同时,要加大专业课程的考核难度,使学生把专业知识掌握扎实,为将来的工作打下良好的基础。

Aiming at the problems of existing in the curriculum setting, experimental and practical teaching, assessment system and others of Environmental engineering for undergraduate teaching, the article proposed reform ideas one by one, and draw the following conclusions： For the curriculum, we should be appropriate to reduce the proportion of the class hours of the Politics and English, flexibly carry out the examination form of political course, and make them be completely separated with the attainment of English courses and degrees, and employment should . Practice teaching and research should be combined so that the undergraduate students to participate, and combined with the employer. Focus on the assessment of the students ability and the overall quality, achieving the all-round development. At the same time, we should increase the difficulty degree of the examination, enable the students to grasp a solid professional knowledge of professional courses, and lay a good foundation for future work.
