摘要
针对目前煤矿企业的实际情况,湖南科技大学借"国家自动化特色专业"建设的有利时机,采取凸显煤矿特色重构自动化专业人才培养体系、完善特色专业课程体系和教学内容、构建完善的特色实践教学体系、建设具有煤矿自动化专业知识的师资队伍等一系列措施,培养学生的特色专业技能,提高学生适应特色专业的动手能力、实际操作技能、工程综合应用能力和创新研究能力,使学生成为具有一定的科学研究、科技开发和组织管理的实际工作能力的煤矿特色的自动化专业技术人才,为煤炭工业的发展做出了应有的贡献。
In view of the present coal mine enterprise actual situation, through a series ot measures by the favorable opportunity of building the "National Distinguishing Specialty of Automation", reconstructing automation specialty training system by taking prominent characteristics of coal mine, improving the specialty curriculum system and teaching content, improving the construction of the characteristic practice teaching system, constructing the faculty of coal mine automation expertise, we cultivate students' professional skills, improve students' problem solving ability and practical skills, engineering comprehensive application capability and innovation research ability to adapt to the professional characteristics, so that students become the automation professional and technical talent with coal characteristics who have certain scientific research, technological development and organizational management ability in practical work, and make due the contribution for the development of coal industry.
