在阐释我国体育学术期刊入选SCI重要意义的基础上,基于SCI的选刊标准分析我国体育学术期刊入选该系统的可行性。认为封闭内向的办刊理念、陈旧滞后的运行机制、语言文字水平的限制是我国体育学术期刊入选SCI的主要制约因素。提出我国体育学术期刊入选SCI的路径:在办刊定位上,集中优势"兵力"、突出刊物特色;在办刊内容上,以国际创新成果、国际编排惯例为标准;在办刊工具上,基于英文"质"、"量"的提升,加强网络化建设;在办刊理念上,至上而下立体式实施"主动出击"战略;在入选方法上,组建国际性编委会及审稿专家库。

The great significance of SCI selection of Chinese SPORTS journals was firstly illustrated and then analysis was made to lay bare the feasibility and ways for Chinese sports journals to be selected by SCI. The results shows that factors like underdeveloped running ideology of being closed, the operational mechanism against times, the poor language proficiency have become the bending elements to stand in the way of SCI selection. Secondly, Proposals were made on how to find ways to make possible the selection by SCI for sports periodicals. The first step is to collect the strength from those excellent jour- nals and give the full play to their features as journals nature as it is concerned. The second step is to make the content as in- ternationally innovative as possible and to conform to international editing rules. The third step would see running tools being applied in a manner that the quality and quantity of English language proficiency shall be counted and construction of nets would have to be mounted to a new level. The next step would make anew the running principle, namely to launch initiatives from all levels of administration. As the route to lead to
