摘要 血清及尿液中肌酐的测定是临床及药物检验的一个常规分析项目。临床通常采用Jaffe反应,即肌酐与苦味酸的氢氧化钠溶液生成黄红色复合物,用手工比色法测定肌酐含量。临床分析样品多,工作量大,很有必要实现操作的自动化。流动注射分析(FIA) A new flow injection analysis system, air-segmented flow injection analysis (FIA) was proposed for the rapid sensetive determination of creatinine in deproteinized serum and urine using the Jaffe reaetion. In the proposed method, a home-made sample valve was used to increase thc residence time of the sample zone which allowed the reaction to proceed further. The calibration of this method was 0~20 μg/ml, and the sample frequency was 90 h^(-1) with a coefficient of variation of better then 2.5%. The recovery range was found to be 87.3%~103% and 93%~105% for serum and urine, respcetively. The urine should be diluted 100 times with distilled water before determination.
