介绍了圆管自动焊接机的基本组成和工艺过程 ,设计了基于PLC的电气控制系统 。
The technological process and the basic construction of a welding machine for pipes are described. An electrical control system based on the programmable logic controller(PLC) is designed. A new programming skill for making an unified program suitable for both manual and automatic operations is presented.
