微生物多糖工业化研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 微生物多糖是微生物在代谢过程中产生的对微生物有保护作用的高聚物,其在食品、制药、石油和化工等许多工业领域具有广泛的应用价值。根据已有文献报道,对黄原胶、透明质酸、结冷胶、细菌纤维素等几种极具商业价值的微生物多糖工业化研究现状及应用作了综述性介绍。
