摘要
为克服传统精密铸造热法浇注造成的铸件表面脱碳、化学粘砂、表面晶粒粗大等铸造缺陷 ,经反复实验 ,对精铸型壳层在浇注过程中温度场与应力场进行分析 ,提出了用复合法工艺制壳 ,采用低温型壳浇注的工艺方法 .以提高铸件机械性能和加工性能 。
In order to eliminate the casting defects caused by conventional precision investment casting with high temperature mould such as cast surface decarbonization, chemical inclusion, and over coarseness of grain size, the temperature field and stress field within the shell layer of the mould are analysed after the casting process being tested repeatedly. Then a compound method for shell pattern formation and casting processing with low temperature mould are proposed to improve mechanical and machining properties of the castings and decrease reject rate of the precision castings.
