摘要
针对在外环流旋转活塞泵转子的加工中传统经验方法存在的不足之处 ,提出了对转子加工形线的一种全新的确定方法顶点曲率圆法 .通过对转子理论形线的分析 ,给出了确定转子理论参数的方法 .同时对顶点曲率圆法作了详细的推导 。
In the design of a rotating piston pump rotor, the empirical formula has many disadvantages. To deal with this problem, a brand new method for determination of rotor outline processing, which is called apex curvature circle method, is put forward. The determination method for theoretical parameters of the rotor is given after the theoretical outline of the rotor is analysed and the details of derivation of the new method are fully discussed.[WT4”HZ]
