花叶芋组织培养试管苗移栽条件的初步研究

On Conditions of Transplant of Caladium Plantlets

花叶芋试管苗在光照强度为 3 0 0～ 60 0、60 1～ 2 0 0 0、2 0 0 1～ 3 0 0 0、3 0 0 1～ 60 0 0 lx和 60 0 1lx以上 ,10～12 h/d;空气温度为 6～ 3 0、11～ 2 9℃和 15～ 2 7℃ ;空气相对湿度为 5 0 %、60 %～ 70 %和 80 % ;移栽基质为珍珠岩∶草炭土 =1∶ 2、珍珠岩∶草炭土 =1∶ 1、珍珠岩∶草炭土 =2∶ 1、沙∶草炭土 =2∶ 1及珍珠岩 .经方差分析及进一步进行邓肯氏新复极差多重比较 ,最佳移栽条件为光照强度 2 0 0 1～ 3 0 0 0 lx,10～ 12 h/d,空气温度为 15～ 2 7℃ ,空气相对湿度为 80 % ,以珍珠岩为移栽基质 ,移栽成活率达到 96.42 % .

The transplant condition of caladium plantlets are chosen as follows:intensity of illumination is 300～600,601～2 000,2 001～3 000,3 001～6 000 and up 6 001 lx,10～12 h/d;the temperature of the air is 6～30,11～29,15～27 ℃,and the humidity of the air is 50%、60%～70%、80%,the substratum of transplant is pearlite:bog soil=1∶2,pearlite:bog soil=1∶1,pearlite∶bog soil=2∶1,sand∶bog soil=2∶1 and pearlite.Analysis showed that the best transplant conditions of caladium plantlets are:the intensity of illumination is 2 001～3 000 lx,10～12 h/d,the temperature of the air is 15～27℃,and the humidity of the air is 80%,the substratum of transplant is pearlite.The survival rate of transplant is 96.42%.
