药皮材料对A102焊条工艺性能影响的研究

Research for effect of coating material on usability of electrode A102

在原Ａ１０２焊条药皮配方的基础上，改进药皮配方，研制的Ａ１０２焊条与原Ａ１０２焊条各项工艺性能对比试验研究的结果表明，研制的Ａ１０２焊条除飞溅率稍大，其它工艺性能均优于原Ａ１０２焊条．

Coating prescription is improved based on former A102 electrode. The new madr electrode has better usabilities. Except larger spatter loss coefficient, other usabilities including the arc stability, the ability of reignition, detachability, melting coefficjent, fluidity of the slag, the appearance of weld, and the degree of coating redden are all better than those or former A102 electrode.
