摘要
硝苯吡啶(nifedipine,NFP)主要起抑制钙离子运转作用,广泛用于治疗心绞痛。由于NFP的光稳定较差,本文采用光谱能量分布与自然光相近的镝灯光源,对NFP及其片剂进行了光加速实验,并且与自然光照射的样品对照,发现在这两种光照条件下的降解规律相同,为NFP的光稳定性建立了一种快速测定法。
A fast photometrical measurement of nifedipine (NFP) exposed to Dysprosium halide lamp light (DRS) was developed. The concentration of NFP was determined by TLC; and the variation in color of its tablets was determined under DRS. The degradation product and the variation of the color were analized according to the chemical dynamics and compared with the degradation of NFP exposed to day light. Both determinations were shown to be same in regularity.
