摘要
对某酒厂白酒在存放时酒瓶中出现的白色沉淀 ,通过各种方法进行了定性和定量分析 ,根据分析结果 ,探讨了沉淀产生的主要原因 ,并结合该酒厂的生产工艺 ,提出相应的解决和预防措施 .
The white precipitate of a kind of spirits,which appeared in the bottle during storage, was analyzed in quality and quantity by varied methods.Based on the analysis results, the main causes of white precipitate are investigated. Concerning the technology of the spirit plant, the corresponding solution and prevention methods are presented.
