摘要
对一株丝状真菌 (Miug- 2 .7)进行摇瓶发酵 ,以所得的红色菌丝体为原料提取红色素 ,探索用乙醇作提取剂的工艺条件参数 .
A strain of filamentous fungi(Miug 2.7) was cultured in shake flasks, the hyphal cells were harvested as red pigment material. With ehyl alcohol as solvent, the conditions and parameter of the pigment extraction process were observed and explored.
