摘要
本文研究了不同粒度和不同偏铝量对自蔓延离心陶瓷内衬钢管组织的影响。利用排水法测量了涂层的孔隙度,利用扫面电镜观察了陶瓷层组织。结果表明,随着铝粉粒度的增加,涂层孔隙度增加。偏铝量对陶瓷层组织产生一定的影响,偏铝量0.05时,涂层的孔隙度最低,约为2.1%。当偏铝量为0.10时,可得到基本为氧化铝的陶瓷层。
This study focused on the influence of aluminum powder's amount and particle size on the ceramic coating of ceramic-lined steel pipe prepared by self-propagating high temperature synthesis. The porosity of the ceramic coating was measured by Archimedean method. The microstructure of the coating was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The results indicated that the porosity rises as the aluminum powder's particle increases. When the deviation aluminum amount is 0.05, the porosity is the lowest and reach 2.1%. When the deviation aluminum amount is 0.10, the ceramic layer is composed by Al2O3.
