摘要
配电网络重构应在满足节点电压约束、支路过载约束前提下达到两个目的 :通过重构尽可能保持变电所间和馈线间的负荷平衡以防故障的出现 ;通过重构尽可能减小网损 .基于上述思想 ,从经济性和安全性出发 ,提出以网损最小和负荷平衡为目标的多目标配电网络重构方法 .采用进化规划解决配电网络重构问题 ,克服了常规算法的弱点 .针对实际情况 ,对变异操作进行了改进 ,避免了不可行解的产生 ,提高了计算效率 .
Distribution network reconfiguration serves two purposes: one is to maintain load balance between transformers and feeders to avoid the occurrence of a fault and the other is to reduce the loss of network. Based on the thought above, a reconfiguration is proposed for both loss minimum and load balance for economics and security. Evolutionary programming is used to solve the problem. A special design is adopted for implementation of mutation to avoid unreasonable solution and improve the calculating performance. Simulating results show the effectiveness of the algorithm proposed.
