摘要
目的通过检测冠心病(CHD)患者血尿酸(UA)和氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白(oxLDL)水平,探讨血UA和oxLDL与CHD严重程度的关系及其在CHD发生中的作用。方法选择急性冠脉综合征(ACS)、稳定型心绞痛(SAP)和对照组(CO)患者各30例,测定外周血UA和oxLDL水平,然后进行统计学分析。结果 ACS和SAP组患者血UA和oxLDL水平均高于CO组(均P<0.05);ACS组和SAP组患者相比,血UA水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而oxLDL水平明显增高(P<0.05)。SAP组高尿酸血症(HUA)者与正常血UA者相比,oxLDL水平明显增高(P<0.05);ACS组HUA者与正常血UA者相比,oxLDL水平明也显增高(P<0.05)。
Objective: To elucidate the effect of elevated serum uric acid(UA) level as well as oxidized low density lipoprotein(oxLDL) in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease(CHD) by exploring the level and correlation of serum UA and oxidized low density lipoprotein in CHD.Methods: Thirty patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS),30 patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP) and 30 patients as controlled(CO) group were selected,and the levels of serum UA and oxLDL were measured.Then all the data were evaluated with related statistic methods.The serum of UA level was positively correlated with oxLDL in the SAP group(r=0.567,P=0.001)and in SAP group(r=0.847,P=0.000).Results: The levels of serum UA and oxLDL were higher in ACS and SAP group compared with those in the CO group(P0.05);and the serum oxLDL level was higher in ACS group compared with that of the SAP group(P0.05),but there was no difference in the serum UA between the two groups(P0.05).Moreover,to SAP and ACS group,the level of serum oxLDL were all higher in the higher serum UA patients compared with the normal serum UA patients(P0.05).Conclusion: The elevated serum UA is probably a risk factor of CHD and induces the pathogenesis and development of CHD by promoting the oxidative stress damage(OSD).
