旋转VR后行MPR技术对肩关节斜冠位成像的应用评价

摘要 目的探讨在旋转容积再现图像的基础上运用多平面重组(multiplanar reformation based on rotated thevolume rendering image,VRMPR)技术对肩关节进行斜冠位成像的应用价值。方法搜集观察对象18例双侧肩关节,利用多层螺旋CT各向同性扫描进行检查,然后运用VRMPR技术重组出肩关节的斜冠状位图像。结果通过VRMPR技术均可获得肩关节的标准斜冠状位图像,32侧肩关节能在一个平面上显示肱骨与肩胛骨长轴面、关节间隙、关节面;4侧肩关节不能在一个平面上同时显示肱骨长轴面,与肱骨位置有关。结论 VRMPR技术能够对肩关节进行标准斜冠位重组,图像直观,操作简单,是对肩关节MPR成像的一种新方法。 Objective: To investigate the application value of the oblique coronal MPR on the basis of rotating the volume rendering image(VRMPR) for the displaying of shoulder joint.Methods: Eighteen shoulders were performed in volume scan by 16 multi-slice CT and in thin slice low contrast image reconstructions.Then all the source images were processed using VRMPR.Results: The oblique coronal images of shoulder joint were obtained by using VRMPR technique.Thirty-two of the 36 shoulders displayed the joint space,osteo-articular surface and the long axial of humerus and shoulder blade in one plane.Four shoulders were not demonstrated in one plane which were related to the location of humerus.Conclusion: VRMPR can display shoulder joint stereotypely,quickly and simply,which should be a new MPR technique for the displaying of shoulder joint.
