摘要
研究确定了模压复合多孔多并苯电极 (MCPPA)制备的工艺参数 ,并对以在最佳工艺条件下制备的MCPPA及Li为对电极、1mol/LLiClO4的四氢呋喃 (THF)溶液或碳酸丙烯酯 (PC)溶液为电解液组成的n -或p-型电池的电化学性能进行了研究 .结果表明 :MCPPA电极强度高、导电性好、比表面积大 ;装配的电池具有很高的比容量、比能量 ,n -型电池的比容量、比能量可分别达到 570Ah/kg、61 2Wh/kg ;p -型电池的比容量、比能量可分别达到 1 1 0 0Ah/kg、1 2 60Wh/kg ;温度特性研究证明温度对电池放电性能有较大影响 .
The technological parameters necessary for preparation of die formed electrodes of porous polyacenic composites(MCPPA) are determined and so n type or p type batteries(MCPPA/1 mol/L LiClO 4+THF or PC/Li) made of MCPPA under the best technological conditions are fitted up and their electric chemical properties are developed. It is proved that MCPPA electrodes have high strength, good conductivity and large specific surface. The batteries prepared with MCPPA electrodes have high specific capacity and specific energy. The specific capacity and specific energy of the n type battery are as high as 570 Ah/kg and 612 Wh/kg respectively. Those of the p type battery are up to 1100(charged 50)Ah/kg and 1 260(charged 200)Wh/kg respectively. The study of the batteries' temperature characteristics has shown that the temperature has large influence on the discharging property of the batteries.
