国际技术转移是技术输出方和输入方的共同行为 ,由于行为双方的目标差异 ,所以在技术转移中可能存在直接或间接利益冲突 ,从而影响技术转移行为的实现 .因此 ,探讨国际技术转移行为主体的行为机制 ,对于双方采取合理对策 ,实现利益最大化具有重要意义 .应用博弈理论和方法 ,构建了国际技术转移行为合作博弈模型 ,通过模型对跨国公司在技术转移中与东道国的合作机制作了分析 。

International technology transfer is a common behavior of technology exporter and importer. Because of the difference in target for both parties, there can be some direct or indirect benefit conflict which has its effect on technology transfer. Therefore in order to take the equitable measures and achieve the most benefit for both parties, it is of great significance to study the mechanism of international technology transfer. Making use of the game theory and method ,this paper constructs the cooperative game model of international technology transfer, analyses the cooperative mechanism of multinational firms and host country in technology transfer, and the policy.
